By using the Abhyaasam app or website ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. The Service is set up and managed by a parent or guardian on behalf of a child. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Abhyaasam helps young children learn the Telugu alphabet, words, tracing, stories, and simple sentences. Some content is free; some is part of Premium.
You sign in with Google to save and sync progress. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. Please use a child's nickname rather than a full legal name.
If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll review your request for a refund. Where required by law, statutory refund rights also apply.
Don't misuse the Service: no attempts to break, copy, resell, reverse‑engineer, or disrupt it, and no unlawful use. The content and software are owned by Abhyaasam and protected by law.
We aim to keep the Service running but provide it "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. The app's core lessons work offline; sync and purchases require a connection.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abhyaasam is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We may update these Terms; we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
