By using the Abhyaasam app or website ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. The Service may be set up and managed by a parent or guardian on behalf of a minor child, while adults may set up and manage the Service on their own behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Abhyaasam helps young children learn the Telugu alphabet, words, tracing, stories, and simple sentences. Some content is free; some is part of Premium.
You sign in with Google, Apple, or a one-time email code to save and sync progress. Email sign-in does not use a password. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure and for activity under your account.
For website purchases, contact us within 14 days and we will review your refund request. For a Google Play or App Store subscription, use that store's refund process or contact us for help. Statutory refund rights also apply where required by law.
Don't misuse the Service: no attempts to break, copy, resell, reverse‑engineer, or disrupt it, and no unlawful use. The content and software are owned by Abhyaasam and protected by law.
We aim to keep the Service running but provide it "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Letter tracing works offline; other lessons, sync, and purchases require a connection.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abhyaasam is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We may update these Terms; we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
